Oh boy.....I got a call yesterday.....and it was from the Scratch and Dent Client that I wrote about in my post: Don't be Surprised If You Want Your Home Listed and the Realtor says: No Thank you.
Well if you recall, I refused to list the property for 20K over the highest comp in the area....
I received a call saying that someone suggested she put the home on E-Bay...AND SHE DID.
Evidently she has sold it for 149,000... well someone said they'd give her 149K.... gee wait till he see the window sills are gone from rot.
I'd love to see the inspection, IF they have one.
I've sold a couple things on E-bay..... but a house?
What's your opinion?
Update: Evidently ONE HOUR before the E-bay buyer was to close.. he called and said he'd changed his mind.
