New Missouri Prescription Drug Card Program for Missouri Residents

While visiting my Aunt and Uncle in Branson I saw a story about the new Missouri Drug Card Program on television.

The website states that as a resident of Missouri you have access to a FREE prescription drug card program.

If you go to www.missouridrugcard.com you can download your Prescription Card after putting in some simple information and supposedly have a savings of 75% at over 50,000 national and regional pharmacies.

The card is pre-activated and can be used immediately.

* I haven't personally tried this but thought it would be good information for anyone that needs assistance with prescription drug costs.

Thankyou for this blog from a NKC Highschool graduate. I am passing this information on to my relatives in Missoura who are eligible.

Fran - That's wonderful news. We all can use a price break, especially in today's economy.

I just printed a "Free" card by visiting the www.missouridrugcard.com site.  I was able to invoke the Pharmacy Location and Meciation Pricing links provided, but was not provided a USERID or Password to access these links.  I've left a message with Robert Meyer, Missouri Drug Card Program Development Director, rmeyer@modrugcard.com, Phone: 314-518-6250, as to why I could not access these links within the Missouri Drug Card site.

At NKC High do they spell Missouri with an "a" still?

The pharmacist said my Amlodipine would cost $160 and then I remembered to give him the prescription discount card that I bought from www.rxdrugcard.com. Then the cost was only $10.50.
