The Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors announced Tuesday that home sales in the Kansas City Real Estate Market are UP!
That's good news!
There was an increase of 16% in February from January of this year.
New housing increased 6% in February from January and existing housing rose 18% in February compared to January.
