Fran it is a great time to buy around here also.  Prices are holding and interest rates are great.  Good advice about the Home Inspection.

Fran...The same seems to be true here at Lake Anna.  I'm not sure about the rest of Virginia but I would imagine it must be looking pretty good elsewhere.  I had three appointments over the past weekend, have one for Friday and another one for Saturday.  Promising.
