Websites Success and Strategies

I'd like to hear about your website successes and strategies....

Which provider do you use?  I use Point2agents where you can get a free website.  It's user-friendly and works!  I used the standard website for a while until I felt it was time to upgrade to Professional.  With professional you get all kinds of web stats.  Right now I think it's worth the money.

Also like some input on Search Engine placement,  how you are ranking and what techniques you are using.

I don't recommend using free sites, although the Point2 sites do have some nice features. Always upgrade to a paid site so you don't have to deal with their advertising polluting your image.

Content, more content and even more content is what works.  Original not duplicate contnt. Let your personality show through.  Techniques for placement?  Read above plus many workshops and self study. Rank? I have many high rankings for significant keywords.  denver real estate, denver realtor, denver relocation are a few.

Mine's homemade and I did SEO myself based on information from many sources ... Google "SEO".  Real Estate Webmasters is probably one of the best sources I've found - it's a forum and members are very helpful.  My SERPs are respectable, on the 1st or 2nd page for most of my primary keywords.  But, it could be better.

I have some free sites, but the money makers are my custom sites.  I especially like the Real Pro Systems sites and they offer pay per click too!  check out orlandoavenue.com this took about a year to design and protect with permission from Hasbro but is one of the most productive now!
